The sixth "Business Without Paper" forum took place in Kyiv, becoming an important event for exchanging experience and best practices in business digitalization in Ukraine. The event brought together companies that are actively implementing innovative technologies, automating processes, and demonstrating how digitalization contributes to business development.
Five speakers addressed the event, which was attended by over 80 representatives from companies across various retail segments, including: Ukrnafta, TA-DA!, Comfy, Meest Post, Vchasno, NASC "Oranta," Fora, Vovk, Lyuxoptika, Budynok Igrashok, Puma, Eko Market, Isei, Alviva Group, Terytoriya Minimalnykh Tsin, Pethouse, Apteka 9-1-1, MacPaw, Fly Kids, Glovo, Prostor, Blisk, Ferm, Silpo, Metro Ukraine, and others.
Bayadera Group not only supported the forum as a partner but also shared its experience in digital transformation. Iryna Yablonska, Head of the Project Management Office at Bayadera Group, and Iryna Sheremeta, Head of the "Vchasno.Kadry" service, spoke about how large companies organize the step-by-step transition to electronic HR processes. Key points from their presentation, titled "How to Engage the Team and Make HR Productive: Bayadera Group Experience," included advice on engaging and motivating the team for change, a discussion on the impact of electronic document management on the HR brand, and how to eliminate paper routine and increase employee efficiency.
"For us, digitalization is the foundation of our strategy. It makes us competitive, flexible, and resilient, allowing us to quickly react to changes, launch new products, and improve the quality of services. Through automation, we reduce costs and minimize errors. Most importantly, we have access to up-to-date information, which allows us to make informed decisions," noted Iryna Yablonska.
Bayadera Group is successfully implementing digital solutions in its HR processes. For instance, Bayadera Group began by automating HR work at the central office of the "Bayadera Logistic" business unit, with the plan to then scale this experience across the entire group of companies. The audience was shown step-by-step instructions on how to digitalize HR processes without stress or errors.
Bayadera Group has already digitized the vacation request process, and the hiring and dismissal procedures are currently being tested. The digital system was introduced at the "Bayadera Logistic" business unit's central office starting July 1, 2025, and at the "Bayadera Elite" business unit in Kyiv starting November 1. By the end of the year, the plan is to implement the electronic Vacation HR process across all branches of "Bayadera Logistic."
The use of electronic documents significantly saves employees' time. As a result of automation, the company has saved 962 person-hours since July. Currently, the vacation request process takes an average of 26 minutes. This is an important step towards simplifying HR processes and increasing team efficiency.
