type of drink
The distillery was named after St-Rémy in honor of Rheims monk who baptized the first king of France in year 459. An authentic French brandy has been produced from French grapes of the highest quality, exclusively grown in prestigious French vineyards, such as Burgundy, Champagne, Rhône Valley, Languedoc-Roussillon, the Loire Valley, Bordeaux and Beaujolais in the city of Nantes since 1886. The wine made from the grapes is distilled and obtained after distillation eau-de-vie aged in French barrels. The duration of alcohol aging in barrels determines an age category of brandy (VSOP, XO).
