Lavantereux

Lavantureux - the small family domain which was established in 1978. By this day the company has owned 19h of vineyards around a village Lignorelles, it is 6km far from Chablis village. Winery was found by Roland Lavantureux which decided establish his own domaine. In some time his sons joined. The key issue of the winery is their Petit Chablis wine which sometime is better than Chablis wine. Some times their Petit Chablis was announced as a best Petit Chablis of the region. The family does not use pesticides on their vineyards and prefer using natural facilities. For aging their wines company use oak a little and try to highlight minirality and freshness.
