According to polls, more than 90% of Ukrainians consider freedom to be one of their top values. Three years ago, the whole country united to defend it.
Ukrainians are steadily going through difficult times, do not lose faith, show courage, and continue to support each other.
In the special project “Freedom Code”, we will tell you about the values of BAYADERA GROUP and its contribution to the support of freedom and independence of Ukraine. We will show how the company copes with challenges, supports defenders and employees, contributes to the reconstruction of the country, and lays the foundation for the future.
What did BAYADERA GROUP manage to do in the first four months of the full-scale war?
BAYADERA GROUP pays taxes to the state treasury:
UAH 14,300,000 - the company urgently paid to support the country in the first days of the war
UAH 45,000,000 - taxes for March
UAH 144,000,000 - taxes for April
UAH 180,000,000 - taxes for May
UAH 3.7 million was spent on requests from the military: UAV “Bee”, a quadcopter with a thermal imager, a portable device for vascular surgery, medicines, equipment, ammunition, protective equipment, etc.
UAH 5 million was transferred to the official account of the NBU for the Armed Forces on March 01, 2022.
UAH 300 thousand was transferred to the official account of the NBU for the Armed Forces of Ukraine on April 26, 2022.
Radsad JSC provided 880 tons of drinking water for the victims in Mykolaiv region.
The company’s international partners for humanitarian support transferred 5.5 million euros to Ukraine and to the International Committee of the Red Cross: LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy), KOSKENKORVA, Royal Wine Corp (USA) and others.
Overall, 2022 was a year of resilience for BAYADERA GROUP. Having lost property, products, and assets worth up to UAH 100 million because of hostilities, the company continued to operate and support the Ukrainian economy. In particular, the company launched patriotic lines in all categories of beverages, and launched more than 20 new products in the first year of full-scale war
As of January 2025, more than 250 employees of BAYADERA GROUP joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Many colleagues became volunteers.
In June 2022, the holding's management made an important decision to support freedom - 10% of BAYADERA GROUP's profits will be transferred to support the Ukrainian army. This is one of the company's priorities and the civic position of shareholders, managers and employees.

In 2023, the company opened a European representative office of BAYADERA POLAND and became one of the TOP-2 vodka exporters. In Ukraine, it has maintained undisputed leadership in this category since 2009.
Diary of assistance
Joint projects of BAYADERA GROUP with representatives of the military intelligence unit and the Ukraine on Fire Charitable Foundation in 2022-2024:
- Production of a mobile tire changer for the needs of combat units,
- Creation of a modern mobile bath and laundry complex,
- Equipping a mobile hospital for the victims of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station dam explosion,
- Funding for certified NATO-standard training courses for military instructors on tactical combat assistance to the wounded,
- Equipping a mobile center for operators of “Butterfly” drones, which helps the Ukrainian military to use UAVs more effectively in combat conditions,
- Manufacturing a mobile repair vehicle for the needs of the military. The reconnaissance men have increased their arsenal of repair equipment - they received power tools, a generator, a charging station and many other useful items from benefactors.
Patriotic education of young people
BAYADERA GROUP has joined the organization of an educational project for students called “Protection of Ukraine”. Its main task is to form patriotic consciousness, love for the Motherland, and respect for defenders in the younger generation. It also perpetuates the memory of Ukraine's heroic struggle against Russian aggression.
Assistance in 2023
The company continues to finance specific requests from the military. We have purchased two UAVs, a quadcopter with a thermal imager, diesel generators, a portable vascular surgery unit, medicines, equipment, ammunition, protective gear, etc.
FIGUAR
25,000 UAH - A flag signed by the military during the “Between Us Cossacks” tour was sold at a charity auction for this amount. BAYADERA GROUP proudly keeps certificates, awards and trophies from the command of the Armed Forces, the Special Forces, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, the 93rd, 95th, 13th, 112th and other famous brigades, and the Azov Regiment.
FIGUAR
UAH 160,200 was raised for the treatment of a child of a fallen soldier in December 2023 during a charity fair at the company. We also purchased medical equipment to treat hearing problems. BAYADERA GROUP regularly holds a voluntary blood donation campaign among its employees. They regularly donate blood to support wounded soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Assistance in 2024
We purchased the necessary equipment for the Kyiv Institute of Rehabilitation: a device for continuous passive development of the knee and hip joints (ARTROMOT K1); Chattanooga Wpr maximum 4-channel electrical stimulation device; replaceable electrodes for myostimulation - DURA-STICK PLUS 5 cm. Among the patients of the facility are military personnel from the Azov Regiment, the 3rd Separate Mechanized Brigade, the 5th Separate Mechanized Brigade, the MIA, the Alpha Special Forces, the Foreign Legion, and the Kastus Kalynovsky Regiment. Civilians are also treated here. The youngest patient of the rehabilitation institute is a 7-year-old girl with an amputation - the first prosthetic child in Ukraine.
FIGUAR
UAH 1 million was transferred by BAYADERA GROUP to the official account of the Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital, which was damaged during an enemy rocket attack.
