On November 20, the leader of the Ukrainian alcohol industry, BAYADERA GROUP, turns 33. Liudmyla Savytska has been working for the company for over 10 years and is most proud of the transformations that have taken place in the company during this time.
The main points Lyudmyla shared in her interview with FOCUS:
- “When I joined BAYADERA GROUP in 2011, the company already had a strong base, but the corporate culture was not yet so structured. Since then, we have implemented many changes to make it more flexible and open.
- The main principle is that people come first. We always work to make our employees feel like an important part of the company.
- The key to my success has been my continuous development and professional growth in the company.
- As managers, we must always learn and be ready for change.
- One of the important priorities of our corporate culture, which I am particularly proud of, is the development of our employees.
- The biggest challenge in my career is now. Three main tasks: where to get staff, how to retain them, and how to keep up with retraining people to be ready for technological and other changes in the world.
- During the war, migration and its consequences have had a significant impact on the labor market: the painful issue of mobilizing employees, the willingness to employ veterans, preventing the outflow of talent from the country, ways to attract talented young people, etc.
- Engagement and loyalty are key elements for a company's long-term success.
- Over the past five years, candidates have become much more demanding and conscious in their choice
- Now, there is a crisis of career ambitions, when the new generation is reluctant to build a career, choosing freelancing or horizontal development. But how can this be changed when money and status do not motivate.
