On April 8, the 11th awards ceremony for the National Corporate Reputation Management Quality Rating took place. BAYADERA GROUP secured victory in the "FMCG – Alcohol" category, outperforming competitors and earning the highest scores in key indicators: reputational stability, image capital, media activity, innovative approach, and crisis management of the year.

How was it evaluated? A long list of 670 companies with a significant media presence was initially selected, which was narrowed down to a short list of 185 nominees. A jury of 133 independent experts completed complex, multi-level questionnaires to provide a collective external assessment of each company’s reputation management over the past year.
The reputation of Ukrainian business is being forged not only under the extreme conditions of wartime but also amidst social polarization, information overload, and AI interpretations of corporate narratives. Consequently, PR teams are required to possess more than just modern reputation management tools—they need strategic thinking, ethical grounding, and the ability to operate at the intersection of human empathy and machine efficiency.
