On May 22, Kyiv hosted the annual "Vchasno. Best" awards, celebrating the leaders of digital business transformation in Ukraine. This year’s theme focused on the resilience and efficiency of companies facing constant challenges.

Bayadera Group secured three prestigious distinctions:

• "Caring Employer" — winner based on the community vote.
• "Driver of HR Innovation in Business" — recognized by the expert jury.
• "Leader of Systemic Change" — awarded to Iryna Yablonska, Head of the Project Management Office at Bayadera Group.

About the Awards

The competition saw over 195 applications from Ukrainian companies across various sectors, including retail, FMCG, logistics, agriculture, and IT. Winners in 15 categories were determined by a combination of an expert jury and professional community voting.

For the first time, the awards introduced a category for experts who champion business digitalization and implement systemic transformations. Iryna Yablonska won in this category for spearheading the large-scale digital transformation of document management and business processes within Bayadera Group.
