BAYADERA GROUP became the largest alcoholic beverage producer in Ukraine by the end of 2025. The group's consolidated revenue reached UAH 11.9 billion, confirming its leading position in the Ukrainian wine and spirits market.

One of the key growth drivers was the import segment, which accounted for 39% of the company's total revenue. Sales of imported products reached a record UAH 5.7 billion. BAYADERA GROUP’s portfolio features world-renowned brands, including Moët & Chandon, Hennessy, Johnnie Walker, and Jägermeister. In 2025, the company began collaborating with a new wine partner from Italy — Toso.

At the same time, the company continues to develop its own brands and production facilities in Ukraine. BAYADERA GROUP operates three production sites in Ukraine: Koblevo, National Vodka Company, and Mykolaiv Brandy Plant, which produce a wide range of wines, brandies, vodkas, and other alcoholic beverages. According to YouControl data, their revenue in 2025 amounted to UAH 346 million, UAH 3.2 billion, and UAH 749.5 million, respectively.

"In 2025, sales of Koblevo brandy grew by more than 10%, while the premium Koblevo Reserve line rose by 40%. These results were made possible through the expansion of the brand's presence in national retail chains," reported Anatoliy Korchynskyi, CEO of BAYADERA GROUP.

In 2026, BAYADERA GROUP plans to continue investing in business development. Key priorities include testing new beverage categories, expanding the product portfolio, and launching a new central warehouse, which will allow the company to supply its partners and consumers even more efficiently.
