In July 2025, Bayadera Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with American University Kyiv (AUK), one of Ukraine's leading private universities.
This initiative is an important step in implementing Bayadera Group's strategy to improve the team's professional competencies in the long term and to develop a new generation of leaders in the field. The company also consistently invests in unlocking its employees' internal potential and promoting modern education in Ukraine.
The signed Memorandum provides Bayadera Group employees with a unique opportunity to receive free master's degree training at AUK in two key areas: Global Management and Supply Chain Management.
The program is taught in English, enabling participants to improve their language skills and reach a new professional level. Additionally, graduates will receive dual Ukrainian and American degrees, opening up broad career prospects.
We firmly believe that investing in our people is the best way to ensure the company's future success. In partnership with American University Kyiv, we provide our colleagues with access to quality international education and shape a new generation of managers who can think strategically, act proactively, and implement changes that address the challenges of our time. We are proud of this project and believe that it will be a significant step toward business transformation and positive change in the country as a whole," said Bayadera Group CEO Anatoliy Korchynskyi.
