BAYADERA GROUP has been included in the TOP 50 Employers for Veterans ranking, according to the 'Veteran Economy' special project by Delo.ua. 

The study analyzed how the largest Ukrainian employers ensure the employment of veterans, their professional adaptation, training, and career development opportunities. The number of veterans in the companies and the availability of special programs were also taken into account. 

Inclusion in the ranking confirms BAYADERA GROUP's systematic work in creating an inclusive work environment and supporting employees returning to civilian life after military service. 

As part of the project, Anna Mazurenko, HRD of BAYADERA GROUP, shared her experience in an expert column, discussing the company's practices in working with veterans.
