The traditional grape harvest season has begun at the Koblevo winery. During this period, the company works with particular intensity, combining large-scale production with careful control at every stage. Experienced specialists supervise the production process, bringing their knowledge, responsibility, and care to their work.
The full winemaking cycle at KOBLEVO includes:
• Growing grapes on our own plantations
• Primary processing and sorting
• Controlled fermentation
• Filtration and cold stabilization
• Bottling on our own line
KOBLEVO owns one of the largest vineyards in Ukraine, spanning 1,850 hectares. They cultivate popular European grape varieties as well as the Ukrainian variety Odessa Black, enabling them to produce high-quality wine every year.
A distinctive feature of the KOBLEVO harvest is the harmonious combination of manual and machine technologies. For the premium KOBLEVO Reserve line, they use selective harvesting: Each bunch is picked by hand. White grapes are picked by hand for varietal wines to ensure the highest quality of the future drink. Other varieties are harvested efficiently using modern machines to process large areas of vineyards while preserving the valuable properties of the berries.
Every KOBLEVO bottle is the result of advanced technology, extensive infrastructure, and the hard work of artisans who are passionate about their craft and committed to preserving Ukraine's winemaking traditions.
