I have been with the company since 2010, starting as a supervisor at the Kyiv branch. Since 2020, I have been responsible for coordinating all departments, developing and monitoring tactical plans to achieve strategic goals, and managing finances, tangible assets, and personnel (recruitment, motivation, and training). My role also includes preparing reports for the business owners and optimizing expenses. Ultimately, my focus is on building an ecosystem that drives growth and development for both the company and our partners.
I consider my key achievement to be a 60% increase in profits and an 80% growth in sales. I live and work by the principle: nothing is impossible.
Prior to 2007, I served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and from 2007 to 2010, I worked as a distributor at Polyakov Trading House.
