A marketer by profession, a strategist at heart. I came all the way from a junior manager to CMO at an international tobacco company. I believe that a great marketing strategy accounts not only for the numerical indicators in reports, but also for the potential reactions of competitors, the needs and capabilities of partners, and the current state of the team that will execute this strategy.

 

I joined the company in 2020 as the CMO of the vodka division. Over my more than 5 years in this role, I consider my main achievement to be strengthening the company's position (market share) in a highly challenging vodka market during very turbulent times: we don't just get through this period "any way we can," we set ambitious goals and achieve them. In life and work, I follow the rule: "any business, whether worth 200 UAH or 200 million, is made by people and for people." Therefore, the people around us are one of the most critical factors of success (or failure) in our lives, and a "star team" is much better than a "team of stars."

 

When I am not developing my favorite brands, I am conquering sails and depths, and discovering new countries.
