Regional Export Director for the Eastern region
I gained my first experience in export working for agricultural companies. I joined Bayadera Group 12 years ago (in 2014) as a marketing manager in the Export Department. Currently, I am responsible for business development in the CIS countries, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. I build relationships with partners based on the principles of honesty and trust. I consider flexibility in approaches combined with firmness in commitments to be my strong professional suit. My life credo is: "Never promise what you cannot deliver." My main achievement during my time here is the development of the Eastern export region and the steady year-on-year growth of shipment volumes and financial results. In people, I value integrity, kindness, and a sharp mind.
