I have been with the company since 2008, starting my career path as a HoReCa department supervisor in Dnipro.
For the past 11 years, I have been leading the UDI (Ukrainian Distribution and Import) division as Director. In this role, I am responsible for the strategic development of the division and the efficient management of its operations. My core mission is building a strong, high-performing team, making key managerial decisions, and driving initiatives that ensure sustainable business growth.
Key achievements include fostering strong relationships with international partners, maintaining consistent sales growth, adapting business processes to market shifts, and successfully implementing B2B and B2C channels within the UDI structure.
In my work, I guide myself by a simple principle: results are driven by systematic execution and a professional, reliable team. True leadership means taking accountability not just for decisions, but for people.
