Anatoliy Korchynskyi

I started at the company in 2005 as a branch director. It was there, working directly with people and the market, that I shaped my core management principle: results are born where there is trust, responsibility, and teamwork. In 2016, I stepped up to lead the company as CEO. Since then, I have been balancing strategic business development with a human-centric approach to my team and partners. Throughout this time, the company has consistently demonstrated stable sales and financial performance, confidently expanded both its import and export operations, and continues to maintain its leading position in the Ukrainian alcohol market.

My management philosophy is perfectly captured by Peter Drucker’s quote: "The best way to predict the future is to create it."
