Georgian brandy Kanoni is produced in the heart of Georgian winemaking - Kakheti. The main raw material for the production of alcohol is the Rkatsiteli grape. This white grape is cultivated in huge quantities in Kakheti, and the best varieties are grown in the village of Tsinandali. Rkatsiteli is characterised by a slight acidity, but the white grapes grown in Tsinandali village has the highest taste quality with a soft and sweet aftertaste. This is the quality that allows Kanoni brandy to be produced with a velvety aftertaste.
