The young Scottish whisky brand Copper Dog was launched in 2014 and appeared on the domestic market in 2019. This is a unique example of a harmonious mix of eight single malt whiskies blended by master blender Stuart Morrison. All blends are aged in American and European bourbon barrels and have a strength of 40%.
The taste of the drink is characterized by the presence of honey, citrus, fruit and spicy notes with a soft lingering aftertaste. The brand name comes from an unusual device called a copper dog. This is a metal tube with a coin soldered to one end and a cork on the other, which was used in the 17th century for bottling whiskey. Today, the Copper Dog trademark continues to develop and conquer the global market, with sales geography covering 64 countries.
